box office schedule for all Rep shows and performances

Pursue group ticket
sales

Supervise, train and
schedule 1-3 box office interns

Process web ticket sales
paperwork and update as needed

Organize and accurately
disperse tickets
·
Process orders online
and on paper
·
Process ticket requests
and comp tickets for casts, crew and staff
·
Maintain relationships
with web ticket sales providers
·
Assure accurate
completion of nightly box office take
·
Assure accurate
accounting of cash and safe storage of cash
·
Manage budget and
reconcile monthly with bookkeeper
·
Coordinate with staff to
assure smooth box office operations
